RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Love Some Gear, Inc  I want everyone to be 100% satisfied.
If you are unhappy - please contact us, let us know the details.
If circumstances require it - I will issue you a return authorization. 

      • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
      • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
      • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

*Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cost of shipping will not be refunded under any circumstance. If shipping was free the cost for the shipping label (that we paid to USPS) will still be deducted from the refund. If returned between 15 & 30 days, you will be entitled to a store credit for the cost of merchandise. I typically do not accept returns older than 30 days. Please send all exchanges back in the original packaging. We do not allow returns after 30 days.

SHIPPING DETAILS

All domestic orders under 16 ounces will ship USPS first class (unless otherwise discussed prior to ordering.) We use the Shopify© shipping label service which does provide domestic package tracking. We ONLY USE THE ADDRESS ON RECEIPT, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS CURRENT.


International orders under 4 pounds ship USPS First Class International with insurance, unless otherwise arranged prior to sale.
